We’re selective when choosing our tutors—we only want the best of the best. And to make sure they’re performing at their best, we ask they undertake ongoing professional development, video monitoring, lesson feedback, holiday training sessions, and more. -
Training and Mentorship
Our early-career tutors are shadowed by their senior colleagues in class to ensure they’re always improving their skills. We’re committed to ongoing training and continuous professional development—we’ll regularly record sessions to give our tutors internal feedback on teaching techniques and styles. Ongoing mentorship and interactive dialogues between our tutors mean they’re always at the top of their game.
