Nell (B.A. English (Hons) Sydney Uni., Dip. Ed. (Primary) Armidale Uni.) has been teaching and tutoring for over thirty years in primary and secondary schools in Sydney. She has many years of experience as an HSC and Naplan marker. In her teaching, Nell seeks to develop the literacy and critical thinking skills of her students, while fostering an enjoyment of print and film literature.

Joshua is currently in his third year at UNSW studying Economics and Mathematics. He graduated from North Sydney Boys High School in 2017 with an ATAR of 99.90 and a state rank in German Extension. At UNSW, Joshua works as a Peer Assisted Study Leader for first- and second-year Economics students, and is the Events Director of a social running club. With over four years’ experience in private tuition, he recognises the uniqueness of each student’s learning style. In 2012, she achieved first-class honours for  Bachelor of Arts degree in Primary Education and in 2015 she graduated from her Masters degree in Education with a distinction. Rachael is passionate about children’s literature, reading and creative writing. She has an excellent understanding of reading comprehension and has delivered comprehension training courses to other teachers. She has also been part of a maths development team and taken part in writing an effective calculation policy. She believes that learning should be exciting and stimulating and works hard to ensure children reach their full potential and achieve their goals. Rachael aims to create a nurturing and supportive learning environment in order to increase children’s confidence and promote a lifelong love of learning.

She graduated from NBSC Mackellar Girls Campus in 2017 with an ATAR of 99.05, achieving HSC scores of 97 in Biology, 96 in Chemistry (Ranked 19th in the State), 94 in Mathematics Adv, 93 in Physics, and 47 in Maths Extension 1. Cellina has been awarded 3 Scholarships by the University of Sydney: The Lionel Hooke Scholarship for Personal Qualities, the Sydney Medical School Summer Research Scholarship to perform Summer Research at the University of Sydney and Dalyell Global Mobility Scholarship based on academic Merit. In 2018 and 2019, Cellina was placed on the Dean’s List of Excellence in Academics, and was also awarded the Sydney Academic Merit Prize in 2019.
